Where Is This Man
A man is constantly in my dreams
He is handsome, gentle, yet bold
He loves me so unconditionally
And his story is yet to be told.
~~~@~~@~~~
I met him, quite by chance, one day
Or that is what I thought
But later he revealed to me,
That we are in the plan of God.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, this lovely man
My heart cries each and every day
To be ever in his presence
To kneel with him and pray.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, this caring man
He is not in my arms
Sharing his love and care, as he can
And Give of his many charms.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, this handsome man
Is he the prince in my poppy fields
He is, you know, for he understands
How he works in God's perfect will.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, this loving man
The one that causes my dreams
To be filled with such wonderful love
Which my heart has never seen.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, this glorious man
Who loves me more than life
Where is this man, this precious man
In whom there is no strife.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, this precious man
He lives within my heart
When the time is right to be hand in hand
We shall never, never part.
~~~@~~@~~~
Where is this man, a compassionate man
That sees within my heart
He knows me well, so very well
He has known me from the start.
