Some In The Shadows

Some In The Shadows might seem disheartening
When you stop and look deep you see goodness
As above some crows are in the shadows by choice
You ask why that might be lets think about it
* ~ * ~ * ~ *
Remember Jesus would frequently go in the background
He would draw rest and clarity of thought and actions
So we see that drawing away at times is refreshing and good
Then your strength is renewed and you can go forward lovingly
* ~ * ~ * ~ *
As with the crows above being in the shadows also cools and refreshes them
Tho those in the sun are being warmed by its rays
And we as individuals can be warmed in the closeness to Jesus for He loves us
Jesus wants us to be peaceful and calm in the shadows as in the light
* ~ * ~ * ~ *
When I rest in the shadows my strength and faith are renewed
Renewing is so very important to get our full maximum usability for Jesus
For it is in the way we live our lives that people see Jesus in us
There is no greater honor than to be seen through Jesus's light
* ~ * ~ * ~ *
So as Jesus did we might chose the shadows to be apart and rest alone
Then when we come back together we have great enthusiasm for life
And we are renewed in the Sons rays of love and warmed
So do not be afraid to be apart then come back together in exuberance
* ~ * ~ *
